Free delivery on orders over £40
- Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £40 to mainland UK addresses.
- For orders under £40, standard delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery time
- Most items are delivered within 7 working days to mainland UK.
- In some rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to supplier or shipping delays. If this happens, we will let you know by email or phone as soon as possible.
Where we deliver
- Mainland UK: Standard delivery applies.
- Other UK locations: Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, and other remote areas may have different delivery times or costs. If your address falls outside mainland UK, we’ll confirm any differences at checkout or via email.
Order tracking and updates

What happens if delivery is delayed
