30-Day Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at minimalistdecor.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
We will provide return instructions and confirm next steps.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Please note that delivery times vary by product. Orders are carefully sourced and typically arrive within 7–12 working days, as stated on each product page.
